The E18-D80NK is a widely used diffuse-reflective infrared proximity sensor in a rugged M18 cylindrical threaded body. With a built-in IR emitter and receiver, adjustable detection range (3cm to 80cm), and NPN normally-open digital output, it is the go-to sensor for obstacle avoidance, object detection, and proximity switching in Arduino, ESP32, and industrial automation projects.
