The Keyes IRF520 MOS Module is a widely used N-channel MOSFET driver board for controlling DC motors, fans, LED strips, pumps, solenoids, and other high-current DC loads from a low-power microcontroller PWM signal. Built around the IRF520 power MOSFET, the module provides screw terminal load connections (V+ and V−), a dedicated VIN/GND power input terminal block, and a 3-pin SIG/VCC/GND control header for direct Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi connection.
